Sleep Disorders
Is it hard for you to fall asleep regularly, or even stay asleep? After what you think should have been a good night’s rest, do you still feel tired? If you’re having difficulty breathing, you snore regularly, have memory problems, or high blood pressure, these are signs that you may have a sleep disorder. There are a variety of sleep disorders that could affect your overall health, but the most common types include:
- Insomnia
- Sleep Deprivation
- Sleep related breathing disorders (Obstructive and Central Sleep Apnea)
- Restless Leg Syndrome
- Narcolepsy
- Parasomnias
- Circadian Rhythm Disorders
- Sleep-related hypermotor epilepsy
