FROM PASCO AND HERNANDO COUNTY:
Proceed southbound on the Suncoast Parkway. As you approach Tampa, this will merge with the Veteran's Expressway. Take I-275 South to St. Petersburg to (Exit #24 toward 22 Avenue North) Merge right off I-275. At the light, take a left on 22nd Avenue eastbound. At Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N. (also known as 9th St.) take a right southbound. The Florida Center for Neurology will be on the left-hand side, between 17th and 16th Avenue.
FROM THE PALM HARBOR, COUNTRYSIDE, DUNEDIN AND CLEARWATER AREAS:
Proceed southbound on US19 to downtown St. Petersburg (Exit 24 toward 22nd Avenue). Turn left onto 22nd Avenue North. Turn right onto 9th Street South/Martin Luther King St. It will be on the left between 17th and 16th Avenue.
FROM THE TAMPA AREA AND HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY:
Proceed southbound on I-275 to I-175 Downtown St. Petersburg (Exit 24, 22nd Avenue N). Merge right off I-275, at the light take a left onto 22nd Avenue North. Head east until at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N. (also known as 9th St.). Take a right, head southbound just after 17th Avenue you will see the location on the left.
FROM THE ORLANDO AREA:
Take I-4 West, and proceed southbound on I-275 to Downtown St. Petersburg (Exit 24 22nd Avenue N). Merge right off I-275 at the light, and take a left onto 22nd Avenue North. Head east until at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N. (also known as 9th St.), take a right, and head southbound just after 17th Avenue you will see the location on the left.
FROM THE BRADENTON, SARASOTA AND COUNTIES SOUTH:
Proceed northbound on I-275 to I-175 downtown St. Petersburg (Exit 24 for 22 Avenue North). Merge right off I-275 northbound and take a right at the light onto 22 Avenue North. Head eastbound until Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St. N., and take a right at the light. Head southbound until you see location on the left, just after 17th Avenue North.

If your insurance is an HMO/managed care plan and you are required to obtain a referral from your primary care physician, the referral must be obtained before you can be seen for an office visit. Please coordinate this with your primary care physician in advance. Appointments will be rescheduled if required referrals are not received in the office by the time of your visit.
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call emergency medical services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Florida Center for Neurology, and they will contact us.
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctor’s after our regular hours, please call our office at (727) 329-8833. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
